How the studio handles your information

The responsible party is Kai Schroeder, trading as Novum Atelier, Johannesburg, South Africa. You can reach the studio at novumatelier.com@gmail.com.

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, you may share:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to share it
• Your business or project name
• A short description of your business and what you need
• Your current website or Instagram handle, if you share one
• The service you are enquiring about, your timing and your investment range
• How you found the studio, and anything else you choose to add

When the form is submitted, the studio also records the page the enquiry was sent from, the date and time, and a one-way scrambled version of your internet address used only to protect the form from automated abuse. Your raw internet address is never stored.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, decide whether the studio is a good fit for your project, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of the business correspondence between us.

Your enquiry travels through two service providers so it can reach the studio and be kept safely:

• An email delivery service, which sends your enquiry to the studio's inbox
• A secure database and hosting provider, which keeps a backup copy of the enquiry

These providers may process information on servers outside South Africa. The studio does not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask the studio to show you the personal information it holds about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email novumatelier.com@gmail.com and the studio will take care of it.

If anything in this notice is unclear, or you would like to know more before sharing your details, please get in touch at novumatelier.com@gmail.com. You can also return to the enquiry form.
